日本针对无线电射频设备的认证称为Radio Equipment Type Approval，管控机构是日本总务省MIC(Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications)，主要认证机构是由MIC*的TELEC(Telecom Engineering Center)，还有如RF Technologies/JQA/***/ITS/TUV/UL等共12家出证机构，所以通常又称为TELEC认证，也有人称为MIC认证、RF认证、GITEKI认证、技适认证，类似国内的SRRC认证。

适用产品范围
TELEC认证针对无线射频类产品包括：蓝牙产品，ZigBee产品，遥测仪，WiFi产品，无线话筒，寻呼机，LTE·RFID（2.4GHz，920MHz）类产品，UWB无线电系统，GSM产品等。
·TELEC认证和MARK技适认证
通过TELEC认证后产品可以印有GITEKI标志，GITEKI来源于日本语对认证的称呼：“技適マーク”，日本文字技適罗马字拼写GITEKI，所以GITEKI认证也被称为技适认证，GITEKI认证和技适认证只是不同的叫法。
·TELEC认证和MIC认证
日本总务省简称MIC，英文全称为Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications，总务省为日本《电波法》和《电器通信事业法》监管机构，通俗来讲MIC认证等同于TELEC认证。

(4)结构保护批准证书(Letter of Construction Protection Confirmation)
(5)宣称的额定功率(Rated Power Declaration)
(6)天线报告(Antenna Report)
(7)测试报告(Test Reports (including Test Results, Test Setup Photos and Examinations carried out))
